These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CartChat ("the Service"), operated by CartChat ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, requesting a demo, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
CartChat provides an AI-powered WhatsApp commerce platform for online stores and merchants, including order tracking automation, AI customer support, product catalog assistance, abandoned cart recovery, social media content generation, and a WhatsApp broadcast messaging service.
You may request a free 24-hour sandbox demo without payment. After this period, continued access requires activation of a paid plan. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly at the rate displayed at checkout. We accept Credit Card, OMT Transfer, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery / Bill Me. For manual payment methods, your account activates once payment is verified by our team. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Our WhatsApp Broadcast Service allows you to send commercial messages to selected or self-submitted contact lists. All broadcast orders are subject to admin review before approval and payment. Pricing is $29 for your first broadcast, with a 10% discount applied to each subsequent broadcast. Use of the Broadcast Service is additionally governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which you must accept before submitting any order.
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your own data and messages), is owned by CartChat and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, CartChat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, including misuse of the Broadcast Service for prohibited content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
